Location –Marigny New Orleans 
Site area –31” x120’ 
Building Area – 5,465 sf 
In a historic area we had to maintain the 2 front buildings.
we added a second floor to the 2 front buildings and designed a building in the back with 2 two-story units.
It was the first condominium in the neighborhood with a passage between the front buildings to the rear units.
It was a challenge to design 4 units on a small lot.
