Location –Marigny New Orleans 
Site area –15’11” x127’ 
Building Area – 1,428 sf 
In a historic area we had to maintain the front facade that was facing the front of the street, A green courtyard was designed separating the living area and the family area.
It was a challenge to design a house on a very narrow plot of land. 
A neighborhood very close to the historic French Quarter.
