This is a private gated community development located at 700 Elise Ave between Metairie Rd and Airline Dr. It is a 60,000 sf area where a new street, Homerun Ln has been opened and 9 Modern Single Family homes developed in the heart of Metairie and minutes from downtown New Orleans. We innovated the concept of New Orleans living space with this unique design of a private community.
