An elevated beach house with innovative solutions for the first floor columns, creating spaces with larger open spans.
On the second floor is the entire living area and family room.
This project was designed on a lot surrounded by green areas, all window and door openings have a privacy, created by the surrounding greenery.
The roof top has a view of the treetops, which brings peace.
