In this project, a rammed earth was built to reinforce the structure of the house as it is a vulnerable area where hurricanes occur. 
The 2′ thick wall is soundproof, fireproof and termite resistant.
It has high thermal mass, absorbing heat during the day and releasing heat at night.
The house is surrounded by nature and water which means  that the movements of the wall layers reflect these natural movements.
