Location –Uptown New Orleans 
Site area –33’ x 60’ 
Building Area – 2,556 sf 
Single family house was designed to reflect the existing historic architectural context of the Uptown New Orleans Historic Neighborhood. 
Was a challenge to build in a very small lot with a huge tree  that we had to cut, unfortunately because was in the middle
of the house.
Two-story house with front porch and front balcony, very  traditional style.
