Bea Brown is a Brazilian Architect with 24 years of experience. Graduated from the University of São Paulo – UNIP and has 2 masters in interior design and industrial design at Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, Italy. Has 10 years of experience in the USA, with projects in New Orleans, San Francisco, Orlando, New Jersey and Mississippi.
Portfolio includes residential, commercial, sports and office designs.
She started her career working with her husband, a civil engineer, which brings her a lot of knowledge in construction and an ability to transform his project into reality. Loves being on the site working together with solutions for your ideas, which are always unique to the project.
She has experience in 3d model, BIM, how to lead and coordinate a team.
In her design, she always thinks about integrating the inside with the exterior.

Silvio L. B. Nocolosi
Silvio L. B. Nicolosi is a Brazilian Civil Engineer with 43 years of experience.
Silvio graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of São Paulo – FESP in 1983. He interned at a company where he gained experience building residential towers and after graduation he then opened his own company in Sao Paulo, Brazil. SBN Engenharia soon became renowned and he was able to work with notable Architects and executed high-end awarded building, as well as industrial, commercial and residential homes.
After achieving much success in Brazil, when the Hurricane Katrina destroyed many areas of New Orleans, Silvio saw the situation both as a professional challenge and an opportunity for business and moved to New Orleans to help rebuild the city.
Carina Tada
Carina Tada began her professional life while still in High School as a Trainee, when she graduated as Techician in Constructions at the Federal Techical School of São Paulo. She attended UNIP – Universidade Paulista, Brazil, and graduated in Architecture and Urbanism in the first class of students of the 21st century. She received her diploma with honors from the Council of Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy for having been the best student at the Universidade Paulista in the year of 2000.
Since 2002 works in a Brazilian construction company named SBN Engenharia, specialized in high standard projects and high quality house construction, where she is responsible for the execution and coordination of architectural projects, project compatibility, budgets and schedules.
Mozart Lopes
Mozart Lopes was born in Brazil, where he started studying Architecture in the Universidade do Sagrado Coração, and began his career designing custom houses, vertical residential buildings and commercial buildings in an Architecture firm in Brazil. After years working with architecture, he then fell in love with the waterscapes design, and began creating designs of all types of water features ecosystems, like koi ponds, natural swimming pools, recreational ponds and waterfalls. Integrating the water with the architecture of the house and the landscape.
Mozart’s true passion is working in the worksite. Creating in loco solutions and making sure that all projects will be constructed properly how they were designed to be. Being part of the BNB team and working with great Architects and Civil Engineers offered him a lot of knowledge and experience in the construction management and in the custom design, where he is always pursuing new experiences and knowledge.
