The design concept behind this private residence began with the idea to weave family life into the site’s existing natural elements – a large 9 acre lake that unifies surrounding neighbors and a smaller pond
in the center of the site.
The design consists into a central spine that connects with the 2 quadrants in the south and 2 in the north The choice for clt in the structure was due to the sustainability of the material and because it is a solid and rigid material protecting against hurricanes.
This project was one of the finalists in a Architecture Award.
